    Missing 10 keys I bought but have not been added to my account, this is the second time today this has happened and I've been trying to get it sorted for 18 hours so far to no avail

    the last day i buy 4 keys in rocket league and the game don't give me my keys i wait this friday and nothing return my money or give me my keys if please xbox please

    I'm having the same issue with both Overwatch boxes and Rocket League keys. I'm also a part of the preview program.

    yup having this same issue. Says on my bank statement I was charged and even get a confirmation email from Microsoft but.... no keys.. lame.

    I didnt received my season pass through the promo.
