Rocket League code missing (signed up for XBL Gold on June 29)

I signed up for XBox Lve Gold during the Rocket League promotion on June 29. A Rocket League code should be sent by July 31. I still not received the code.

Purchased Xbox Live Gold - 1 month; never received my Rocket League code

I purchased this subscription June 27th, within the promotion dates. Signed up with an eligible Gold subscription, entered my credit card, but have not received my Rocket League code.
