Rocket League Certifiable Achievement

I have done the Certifiable Achievement twice already. This is where you rank the status of a certified item to veteran, first one i did was pulsus that were traded and i finished getting the veteran status for it. It did not unlock, me thinking since it
was traded it didn't count it. So I did a sombrero tactian certification from 0 to 203 where it ranked up to veteran and still no achievement. I have contacted rocket league with this issue they told me to reset Xbox and wait 72 hours then to contact Xbox
for resolving issue. It has been 72 hours and no achievements so now I'm asking you guys to fix it. It is the only achievement I have left to be at 100%

Help unlocking achievement i have already completed.

I need help unlocking the Certifiable achievement in Rocket League. I have done this achievement twice already and still not unlocking. I contacted Rocket League support center, they told me to reset xbox and wait 72 hours. It has been more than 72 hours
and nothing! This is my last achievement to be 100% so please help.

then, i have posted on xbox forums twice, this being the third and no help or response either.

Sorry to hear about the issue unlocking Achievements. We do have a FAQ/Troubleshooting guide

HERE that can assist with these problems. Make sure when you try the steps you give it the full 72 hours to resolve, before you move on to Step 3 which is the Survey.
