    Rock Candy XBox One controller: any users able to help?


    Does anybody have one of the Rock Candy wired controllers fo the XBox One, and if so, is the micro USB connection on it any more secure than the woefully dodgy one on the standard controllers? I've had a search through the forums, and cannot find the answer
    I'm looking for.

    I ask because I have always used my controllers wired up to my consoles, but with the One the USB connection is flawed in that after picking up and setting down the controller multiple times, the connection is wobbled about so much that it has become unstable
    and constantly disconnects. Looking at images of the Rock Candy controllers, there seems to be some support around where the micro USB plugs in.

    I have also been considering switching to batteries. Would there be any noticable input lag if I were to use batteries instead of a direct connection? I do play driving games and platformers quite a lot where timing is key to success.

    xbox doesn't see my controller

    perhaps take it back to the store and replace it.

    I use a Rock Candy wired controller by PDP! It's $20 and it's one of the best controllers I've ever used!

    Why don't MS Xbox produce a simple wired controller?

    There are plenty of third party controllers available. My favs are the Afterglow and Rock Candy controllers.
