Rock Band Roadrunner records Pack 01

I have spent hours with customer service. I purchased this Pack on my 360, in addition to other packs over the years. Every other song i've purchased downloaded find onto my xbox one, but the contents of this track pack, specifically songs "Aestethics of
hate ; Sleepwalker ; My Curse; Constant Motion ; and Clouds over California". since i purchased it before 2010, when microsoft started a new form of bill tracking, it does not show up on the billing page. however, i can easily go to my past downloaded content
at my download history, and redownload it to my 360 all day. even did it WHILE talking to microsoft support. But I still cannot get the licenses for the individual songs added to my account so i can play these on my xbox one without having to pay for it again.
If anyone has any bright ideas, i'm all ears.

AC/DC Track Pack and Your Rock Band 2 Bonus Tracks packs for Rock Band not registering as bought.

I'm having trouble with

Your Rock Band 2 Bonus Tracks which code was redeem 11/6/2008, and

Roadrunners Records Pack 01 which was bought 08/12/2008.

no AC/DC here though.

 

i think the problem is i downloaded it on release day, 8/12/2008, and it was reissued sometime in 09, and my purchase was invalidated, although all the songs remain in the library. I just booted up my 360, went to the rockband music store, and i could not
redownload it for free there, either individually or the pack. This really makes me sad as Machine Head and Devildriver are two of my favorite bands, and i've been trying to fight this here and there since RB4 dropped.
