Rock Band for Xbox One

We're all excited for Xbox One, but there isn't much for kids. We've just bought a drum kit and would love to use it with Xbox One. When will something come out that involves something other than guns? Get out the Rock Band game! I sure wish the Kinnect
had more games that were worth using it with.

Rock Band 4 DLC export - some recently bought DLC on Xbox 360 Rock Band 3 is not showing as purchased on Xbox One.

Same issue here. Some songs showed up in Rock Band 4, others did not. They show up in the Xbox Store, and I can download them through the store, but they do not show up in the Rock Band store. Only available as purchase.

The Xbox store shows that I have bought them (search, addons for Rock Band on Xbox One), the Xbox store allows me to install them, Rock Band 4 doesn't recognize them.

 

Charged for 52 songs rock band 4 i already own

I downloaded 52 i already own in Rock band 4, they are legacy songs, i own export packs for rock band 1, rock band 2, rock band 3, lego rock band and green day rock band, plus extra songs and songs packs. the songs appeared as downloaded and free in the
store, but i was charged anyway.

Microsoft support in Chile don't understand how Rock licenses works and refuse to return my money, its more than 100 USD in local money for songs i already own.

im looking for someone in Xbox USA Support that understand how Rock Band Licenses work and can help me, i have been a loyal xbox consumer since 2008 and i have never had problem before.

Maybe the Rocksmith package is worth looking at? No drums, but if you're looking to learn guitar or bass, it could be what you need.

Which Kinect games have you played, btw?

 

Just Dance, Zoo tycoon, Kinect sports and Fantasia.

 

Hmm, I didn't know Zoo Tycoon was a Kinect game. I'll have to check that out, when it goes on sale.

You've played the Just Dance games? Those are really good, both 2014 & 2015. If you like those, try
Dance Central: Spotlight. In my opinion, it's not as "fun" as the JD series, but it has a great base price (only 10 bux) and the DLC is pretty cheap. No online modes, but each song has 8 variations - still good value.

I've rated Boom Ball for Kinect pretty low, but kids might appreciate it more. For adults, it's very light on the puzzle aspect, and it's not very hard on the Breakout-style gameplay, either. It's pretty cheap, though, and it's definitely
not too hard for younger gamers.

For something experimental, try the free Voice Commander. I skipped this for a long while, thinking it was just a voice trainer for Kinect. Heck, maybe it is. In any event, very cool arcade-style game which combines voice commands with twin-stick
gameplay. That reminds me - there's a Syndicate-style game coming later this year (forgot the name) that operates in a similar fashion, letting you control several individual team members verbally while operating your own. Much deeper story & gameplay than
Voice Commander... but I'm rambling :v

Back to Rock Band - it's coming. Harmonix have put out a few teaser-surveys. I'd be down for the next gen of
DDR, personally.
