    Hi,

    I recently buy a Xbox One version of Rock Band 4.

    I decided to re-download all my previous songs (+ some new songs) that I have downloaded in Rock Band 2 and 3 versions (on Xbox 360 with the same Xbox Live account)

    I thought it was retrocompatible without any necessity of buying it again.

    In the game store, the songs was noticed "BOUGHT" so I do the same for all the songs (around 140 songs!) and I thought that te content was already paid!

    But today, I see in my bank account that I have paid (AGAIN!) for all these downloads! Around 280€ !

    How can you refund me from all my money! Please help !

    Can you please elaborate a bit more on the problem you're having? What happens when you try to acquire them on the Xbox One console in Rock Band 4? Have you also seen and worked through Harmonix's FAQ

    Hey JEDI Reg -

    When you installed Rock Band 4, were you able to see your prior DLC in your "Ready to Install" list? It should have all been there ready to import over to your Xbox One console.

    If you have yet, for billing issues, you'll want to reach out directly to

    Bonjour, (oui en français ce serait peut-être mieux approprié ?)

    J'ai contacté Harmonix qui m'a donné l'astuce pour le téléchargement et j'ai récupéré gratuitement les derniers morceaux qu'ils me manquaient.

    Le problème c'est que le menu du jeu Rock Band n'indiquait pas que je devais payer pour le téléchargement puisqu'il indique que j'avais déj acheté les morceaux dans le store et aucune explication dans le jeu n'indique la démarche suivre pour récupérer
    les DLC déj achetés sur RB1, 2 et 3.

    J'ai contacté le service client Microsoft par tchat pour me faire rembourser. Dans un premier temps, le support m'a dit que les DLC n'étaient pas rétrocompatibles. J'ai du leur expliquer que ça l'était et batailler pour qu'ils comprennent finalement mon
    problème et me propose le remboursement intégrale en remplissant un formulaire.

    Ca fait 1 semaine que j'attends une réponse, j'ai relancé et mon dossier a été escaladé (où j'ai dû ré-expliquer mon problème au même conseiller qui c'était occupé de mon dossier.) Même en lui expliquant le problème au téléphone, la réponse était la même
    : on me propose 2 solutions, et l surprise !

    - Soit me faire rembourser de la QUASI-totalité immédiatement (quasi car ils ont un seuil maximal qui est inférieur d'environ 50€)

    - Soit attendre la réponse du service remboursement qui selon eux refusera ma demande et donc de demander le remboursement de la quasi-totalité.

    Dans tous les cas, j'ai l'impression que je vais perdre 50€ dans l'histoire (c'est mieux que 260€ mais c'est quand même une sacré somme !)

    Comment se fait-il que je ne puisse pas me faire rembourser de la totalité ? Que dois-je faire pour me faire rembourser intégralement ?

    I contacted Harmonix gave me the trick to download and I got free the last pieces that I missed.

    The problem is that the Rock Band game menu did not indicate that I had to pay for the download as it says that I had already bought the pieces in the store, and no explanation in the game indicates the approach to follow to get the DLC already purchased
    RB1, 2 and 3.

    I contacted Microsoft customer service by chat to get a refund. Initially, the support told me that the DLC were not backward compatible. I had to explain that it was and they fight to finally understand my problem and offered me the full refund by completing
    a form.

    It's been one week that I expect an answer, and I raised my file was escalated (where I had to re-explain my problem to the same consultant who was busy in my case.) Even explaining the problem over the phone, the answer was the same: we propose two solutions,
    and then surprise!

    - Or get a refund of the entire ALMOST immediately (almost as they have a maximum threshold that is lower than about 50 €)

    - Either wait for the response of the refund service which they say will refuse my request and thus reclaim almost all.

    In any case, I feel that I will lose 50 € in history (it's better than € 260 but it's still a sacred sum!)

    How is it that I can not get a refund of all? What should I do to get my money back in full?

    I'm still waiting for a repayment. After 2 weeks and around 4 or 5 reminders, the Xbox chat support only send my case yesterday... They promise me to be fully repayed, but it's the 3rd times they tell me that.

    From now, I'm still waiting. :-/
