Rock band 4 legacy adapter

So I finally saw Xbox has rock band 4 available for digital preorder. And I want it so I preordered it through the microsoft store. I have been checking amazon, calling gamestops and best buy. No local business is taking preorder for the legacy adapter.
Amazon says click here and we will email you when you can preorder. Mad catz website says reduce your quantity for order when I only have 1 on the order.

What am I supposed to do then? I realize you guys are microsoft and not Harmonix or mad catz but what you guys at Microsoft have to realize is that this just as much your problem as it is for mad catz or Harmonix because you agreed to allow for this legacy
adapter device to be made and authorized the digital preorders to begin and I will want a refund if something is not done to ensure I can play this game with my paid for adapter to at least be shipped on Oct 6th release date of the game, assuming I can't find
them in any stores on Oct 6th (but I have been asking and no one even knows about this thing). But I need to know who I can contact to make this preorder of this adapter.

Microsoft help me out and/or people help me out here

Connecting Xbox One Rock Band to electric drum set when drum set doesn't have Midi plug in.

I'm trying to connect my sons electric drum set to Xbox One Rock Band so he can practice, but we can't seem to figure out how to make it work. His drum instructor sent home his plug in connector but it was for Xbox 360, and his drum set has the Midi plug
and ours does not. Will the PDP Rock Band 4 Wired Legacy Adapter work?

If this is for the game Rockband then I believe an adapter was made (Included with some Xbox One versions of the game) that allowed the Xbox 360 instruments to work with the Xbox One.

So I have a preorder with amazon finally placed. But they are still stating they will email me when my item will be shipped. Instead of stating Oct 6th my item will be shipped. So we shall still see what kind of turn around we are looking at and if its unreasonable
I will still want a refund

 

I bought the digital preorder the other day and the code to save the $15 on the adapter is not working. I think it is a joke that I can purchase the retail copy with adapter for less, I definitely want some kind of a refund on this fiasco. I'm doubting ever
doing a preorder on xbox live again.

 

Yeah the code didn't work for me either. I've actually never had an issue preordering anything through Xbox and I only buy digital... Which is why I'm not pleased to spend 5 (10 with ground shipping) more dollars on this path but it is genuinely what I want
I don't even own any disks... But what's really important is if you did preorder the adapter did amazon give u an expected ship date? Cause I am getting the impression we won't be able to get this thing at all.
