Rock Band 4 DLC issue (Pearl Jam - Ten)

I just posted in the Harmonix support thread you linked, so I will update when they respond.

 

Lospy, if you click the link below it should hopefully take you to the marketplace page that has the Xbox 360 version of the ten album on it, does it show a price or say already purchased ?

Just out of curiosity you did check the ready to install section on your Xbox One ?

go to my games & apps, highlight Rockband 4 and press the menu button on the controller, select the Manage game option, is there anything sitting in the ready to install section ?

 

Yeah, I tried accessing it from the site you posted (it shows a price), the Marketplace on my Xbox One (shows a price), and through the in-game Rock Band store (shows a price). It's not in the Ready to Install section.

That Harmonix thread seems to show that some people have had this problem with other content, just not this particular bundle. My hopes aren't high, but I'm crossing my fingers for Harmonix to be able to fix this.

This happened to me with the Snoop Dog Tack Pack, and the AC/DC songs. Recently as part of the preview program it gave me the option to download all tracks available to me through the my games section instead of doing it one by one in the RB4 storefront
in game. This had everything I had ever purchased including my missing Snoop Dog and AC/DC songs.

Not sure if this option is live yet, but go into your my games section, and check your DLC available for download. It may be there waiting for you.

 

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I don't see any Rock Band DLC when I look under DLC available for download. It's been a week since I posted on the Harmonix site that I was pointed to earlier in this thread, and no one from Harmonix has responded. I'm not
even sure they check that thread anymore.

My next step, I guess, is to send Microsoft a notice of dispute, which gives them 60 days to resolve the issue before I can challenge them in small claims court. It's time consuming and I'm sure I'll have some annoying hoops to jump through, so I know it
sounds dumb for $18 worth of DLC. But I can't even play my Xbox One without thinking about this and getting mad, and I don't just want to stop playing it.
