    Rock band 4 disc refuses to load


    so I bought rock band 4 about a month ago. I had an issue getting the disc to install. After installation it would read the disc for about a day, now I can barley get it to read the disc at all. Every single one of my Xbox game discs load except this one.
    I've talked to harmonix, GameStop (where I bought it) and Microsoft and no one will help me. Am I just out the money I payed and stuck with a defective game?

    Charged for 52 songs rock band 4 i already own

    I downloaded 52 i already own in Rock band 4, they are legacy songs, i own export packs for rock band 1, rock band 2, rock band 3, lego rock band and green day rock band, plus extra songs and songs packs. the songs appeared as downloaded and free in the
    store, but i was charged anyway.

    Microsoft support in Chile don't understand how Rock licenses works and refuse to return my money, its more than 100 USD in local money for songs i already own.

    im looking for someone in Xbox USA Support that understand how Rock Band Licenses work and can help me, i have been a loyal xbox consumer since 2008 and i have never had problem before.

    I am not receiving credit for having exported rock band 2 to rock band 3, and therefore cannot upload the songs to rock band 4.

    Rock Band has called it quits? Hardly. Harmonix is still supporting Rock Band and plans on supporting it for a long time. It's far from dead.

    There doesn't need to be any more disc based Rock Bands. Everything the game needs is already in the game.

    Rock band is not backwards compatible. Rock Band 4 is available for purchase for the One. The guitar from the 360 would not be compatible.
