There are instances that it would take 24hours for the in-game items to reflect on the account after purchasing it. What I would highly suggest is to check again the item after 24hours however, if the issue still persist, I recommend contacting Roblox customer support directly to report the issue and request assistance. You can do this by visiting the Roblox support page and submitting a ticket or by emailing their support team.

Additionally, you can check your Roblox account transaction history to see if the purchase was successful and if the Robux were added to your account. If the transaction was successful but the Robux were not added, you can provide this information to Roblox customer support to help them resolve the issue. Got my RObux after 24f THX

Thank you so much for the link to this website! It shows me the option to buy 400 Robux for 4.99, which I can save up for.

However, I was concerned due to the fact that it says "400 Robux for Xbox" and the description reads "To redeem after purchase, launch Roblox on Xbox and sign in to your account." Again, I don't own an Xbox so will I be able to redeem the Robux?

(Usually when I get Robux through Microsoft Rewards, it gives it to me as a Roblox code, which I can redeem online, so if this is the same it should be fine)

Also, will I need to redeem Xbox or Microsoft Gift Cards for this?
