May I know if you have synced your Roblox account with a Microsoft account?

As Roblox can be played on every platform maintaining your account, you should be able to use the robux

But if the robux was redeemed on a new account, you have two options for this one:

1. You can contact Roblox support to see if they can transfer the robux to desired account

2. Request a refund for the actual robux purchase and make the transaction directly on mobile

you would need to load up roblox from the windows store to get them added to the roblox account, in future if you play via the website or the downloadable one from the website you need to purchase from within the game.

Currently on the roblox website it says the following:

"Roblox gift cards cannot be redeemed on Xbox at this time"

That said, it is something you should take into account. and later I will tell you some things that you should take into account when buying your robux.
