Robux not in account balance after purchase

I have purchased Robux directly through Roblox on the Xbox (800 @ £8.99) but these are yet to show in the balance after 24 hours and now have any unhappy child as a result.

The Roblox account was set up through Xbox when the game was downloaded and a Roblox account not created. I now cannot create an account because the gamertag is in use. I do not have a purchase receipt as the Microsoft Store only shows receipts for financial transactions (e.g., the purchases of Robux - of which there are multiple, Minecraft and Gamepass subscriptions) and so the next time Roblox tells me I can't verify my purchase, I do not know what I am supposed to do.

As of now, I am out of pocket and the kids don't have any Robux to play with.

Can anybody offer any advice?

Are you able to see this purchase in your Microsoft account order history or not yet?

If no, just want to let you know that in some cases a purchase can take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account and in-game
For now the best option is wait this time

But just to let you know that if more than 48 hours passed and you not receive the content yet (and the purchase doesn't appear in your Microsoft account order history), probably something went wrong with the purchase and Microsoft is going to refund the money to you

Thank you! Can I still purchase the normal $10 800 robux with my Microsoft balance? Or can I just not purchase robux with my Microsoft balance?

Hi there! I would suggest logging in and trying to use your balance in the Microsoft store

here to purchase the Robux. Just make sure you are signed in to the account you want to use the Robux on and the Robux will be added to that Microsoft account.

Open the Roblox app from the Xbox Home menu. Log into the account where the Robux was purchased or earned. Once you're in the Roblox home menu, go to the Robux menu. You can see your Robux balance next to My Balance in the bottom left corner.
