    My son is trying to buy Robux but it keeps saying there are no item for purchase right now,please try again later?

    Have signed out,uninstalled the game but it still says this message when he goes to buy it?

    Tried to buy from xbox live and it allows me to put into the basket but then display an oops that didnt go thru and an error code? Checked my bank/Credit Card details and its correct so stuck as to what to do now?

    My son just redeemed his $15 Microsoft gift card and bought 1200 robux money but it is not showing up in his account. It's sayin he still only has 3 robux. Any ideas what is going on? I got the email that the card was redeemed so it seems to have taken the

    From what I've seen, they only have that option when you buy directly through ROBLOX themselves on the PC website, because buying through other parties like Microsoft or Apple charges them a fee. It's basically rewarding you more Robux per purchase for allowing them to keep the money you spent on Robux. So to answer your question, no, the 500 Robux for $5 isn't available through Microsoft point balance.
