    Hey Microsoft,

    I was just recently purchased robux off of the microsoft website and they haven't loaded into my PC account. Now somewhere an ambassador mentioned that you need to purchase robux on a Microsoft account that uses the same email as the roblox account. What
    if the account that is on my xbox is that same account I use on PC (They are linked). Did I do something wrong or do I just need to simply wait for it to load into the linked accounts. If the transaction doesn't work, could I get a refund? (I used an xbox
    gift card and purchased the $27.99 1,700 robux package).

    you have to buy the robux through the game itself on pc or mac. any robux purchased with a microsoft account go through xbox console only. gift cards for robux for microsoft are for the console only too.

    Not quite helpful.

    I used to be able to robux before. This isn't ingame. It's in the app. You cannot use points to purchase on the website.

    You can buy robux on PC. On the Microsoft app version. Ive tried resetting etc.

    Weridly enough I can buy robux on my other Microsoft account but its not sufficient in credits but I never used it. While when I did buy robux all of the orders went there. Not through my current one.

    You need to use an Xbox to get the redeemed robux.
    Once you open your roblox account in the console the robux will be credited.

    Sadly on PC is not possible to claim the robux

    Sorry to say but is not possible to buy Robux using Microsoft balance on PC
    Only on Xbox consoles

    If you want to use the balance you may may to sign in with your account on Xbox and once you purchase the Robux go back to the PC
