    Robocop 3.0 Suit Avatar Issue


    Hi folks,

    I was soo thrilled to find out that there were new Robocop suit/accessory available in the Avatar Store. Immediately bought the Robocop 3.0 suit. The suit worked and displayed fine on my avatar on Xbox 360 and Xbox website. Then I decided to make a gamerpic
    of my new avatar's Robocop suit on Xbox One, that's when the problem occurred. The Avatar app kept saying that something went terribly wrong. My sibling's account was tested to see if the avatar app works fine and it did. I then tried viewing my avatar on
    Xbox Smartglass, nothing showed. I had a feeling that particular suit may be badly coded that it couldn't display at all on the Xbox Smartglass app or Xbox One since Robocop 1.0, which I bought today, works fine.

    P.S. I noticed that after I changed my avatar to Robocop 3.0 on Xbox 360 and saved it... which immediately showed the 'Updating the avatar...' screen and disappeared quickly. Not sure if that has to do something with it. Answers are much appreciated!! Thanks!

    Do you have a link to support the idea that current avatar items will transfer to Xbox One? In another thread, an official Xbox Support member said that Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox One will have avatars, but that Microsoft has
    not yet confirmed that current avatar items will transfer from the 360.

    Really? I looked it up and drew the conclusion that Avatar items would be transferrable but if an official employee says otherwise I'm probably wrong.

    Looks like I'm not alone either. I really want to be able to view my avatar's suit on every device and app. No reply from official MS rep yet? Don't you think we should call and ask them to fix it?

    I really hope they bring some of the old avatar stuff over to the new avatars. I want my Robocop outfit and accessories, they were the absolute best.

    Official support has posted elsewhere in the forums that so far there has been no confirmation about avatar items transferring over. Your avatar will definitely transfer over but individual items might not.
