    i have just noticed my son has spent £1500 on roblox ingame purcheses in the last 10 days. the game as made it so easy to but things and am i likely to get any of the money back when i contact xbox support. thanks

    Why am I getting this error

    When i was playing roblox and went on the game roblox titanic i was loading in to the game it just took me back to the home screen i loading back in roblox and said this error code 0x8000404

    https://support.xbox.com/nl-NL/    , they might help you out on this. Also change the settings on your xbox to make it require a passkey or your password when making a purchase!

    Punish your boy and tell him to NEVER make purchases again without allowance.. And I doubt you can get the money back because your son would've payed for the ROBLOX virtual currency known as robux and he as probably bought clothing and game passes with these
    robux so nor Microsoft or the ROBLOX team will be able to get the robux back because they are unable to take the bought items off his ROBLOX account. Also change the settings on your Xbox to make it require a passkey or your password when making a purchase!

    Sorry to hear you have had problems with roblox

    My best advice would to be to either talk to roblox support (if they have one) or else go to Xbox support and explain what has happened

    Please Note: You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.

    What I meant by Roblox Developer is someone that works for Roblox and develops the Roblox game engine and platform not someone that makes games using the Roblox game engine.

    Additionally try reaching out to roblox support.
