roblox xbox one no resaults

my best friends are always playing roblox and when i search in store or anything there are no results for roblox and then when i go on their account and go to game hit i click see in store i get to store but there's no download option there is rate pin to
home and view game hub in game hub if i click launch game it takes me to store i purchased it on this website for my account but i still cant play it i used smart-glass when i clicked play from console it took me to store

There is NO support for this game available on XBOX ONE. No support for this game on the PC. The developer (Defaultio) has NO interest in assisting genuine issues ONLY to take action when the game has been compromised. Real money has been spent purchasing
"Robux" to assist in this game and there is NO support from Roblox for this game either. A game with many glitches and hacks is permitted to run on XBOX ONE. Why? Any game should provide help and support. Roblox does not provide this nor do the developers.
Roblox should be reminded of their obligations.

 

How to get back product when refund process has been canceled

I purchased it on Roblox on Xbox One. On microsoft/purchases or something like that there's no return or refund button.

If you downloaded it already, do you see the game in My Games and Apps? If so, try and uninstall and then reinstall. If it is not shown, try downloading from the link below.

Hi i have same problem but i cant find it anywhere ? Not in my game store and i cant find it on xbox but here i can so what is this and i have downloaded it but nothing and it says already downloaded so i cant try again and i cant delete it lol it is

I just want to clarify: ROBLOX for Xbox One is only available in the US right now. If you are not in the United States, you will not be able to download the game. Hopefully it will be released on other Xbox Live supported markets soon!

Ok i found the fix go to settings location change it to USA then restart hope I helped if u can't find it msg my gt
