Roblox will not launch when play pressed, left me errors in event viewer

I know this isn't a site for troubleshooting video games, but for some reason this is happening to me and a group of other people. for some reason my Roblox will not launch, it's been doing this for a few days now, all I do is press the play button, a message pops up and says "Roblox is now loading. Get ready!", the browser asks me if I want to open Roblox client, I tap yes, I wait but then nothing happens. I try this again i even try pressing always allow when browser asks about roblox client. same result, I've been trying to figure out why this is happening, I wasn't able to do so for a few days until yesterday I had an idea. I went to the Windows Event Viewer, tried launching Roblox again, and this time when it didn't open, an error event popped up. I was greeted with these error codes, IDs and numbers. below is screenshots AND a recording of what happened.

The error message you've provided indicates a problem with the RobloxPlayerBeta application. The "0xc0000005" exception code typically signifies an access violation, which means the application tried to access a memory location it wasn't allowed to.

What is your current system version?

I would suggest that you first perform an in-place upgrade of your system, a step that updates the replacement system files.

You can upgrade your system in-place by following the steps below.

Rest assured that the system in-place update theoretically will not affect your data and applications (you must choose to keep the files and applications in the following steps), just update all system files are the latest.

Select the version that corresponds to your channel by following the link below:
Download Windows Insider Preview ISO (microsoft.com) (English only, you can use the translation tool to help with usage)
After the download is completed, you need to find the downloaded ISO file and open it with the right mouse button in File Explorer, you will see several folders, run the installation program.
Select "Change Windows Installer" - "Not Now" - "Next" - "Next", you will be asked to keep your files and applications will be made after a system to replace the repair.

Could you please share the error information? It's there a message or any error code?

Press Windows + S to launch the Search menu, enter Event Viewer in the text field at the top, and click on the relevant search result.

Launch Event Viewer to check Windows 11 error logs

Double-click on Windows Logs in the navigation panel on the left.

You will now find the five different categories. Select any of these, and all the error logs under it will be listed on the right.

Now, click on any of the error logs to view all the relevant information about them

In the Event Viewer error I get when I launch FS I get "Faulting Module Path: Unknown"

Hey, ATalkingPlayToy! Sorry you're running into this. What I would like you to do for me is have it do that error again, then immediately launch up your Event Viewer (here's
how to in Windows 7, in Windows 8 you just do a Search for "View event logs").

On the left side, I want you to click the arrow next to Windows Logs to drop it down, the select Application. It may take a few to load, but it should have an Error level near the top there. One of the columns
next to it should be Event ID. Please post back what the
Event ID is for me. We'll take it from there.
