Roblox will not install

I am unable to install Roblox on my Xbox One S. When trying to install it, it immediately stops and is unable to be resumed. I attempted to fix this by resetting my Xbox while keeping games and apps, but after, my Xbox became very laggy, and now all downloads/updates take very long to process. Now, the Roblox installation sets itself to paused and when I try to continue it, it goes back to paused. I have plenty of storage and a good internet connection. What do I do?
