Roblox- welcome to Bloxburg error code 103

Hi there

Bloxburg is a game in which you need to pay robux to join the game. Unfortunately it does not tell you this on the console instead it gives an error.

My son cant get into welcome to bloxburg says error code 103, my niece is in the game but he cant join any ideas please

it seems that this error only happens to people that are not 18+ is your account is set as a kid account you need to ask permission from your father or mother to get the 400 roblux
