Roblox Volume Issue on Xbox?

I've noticed that you've tried solutions that would normally solve the problem, and I've also seen that it's the only game featuring that kind of experience. I recommend that you follow the instructions below, even if you have already done them again, please.

Before we try any different solutions, please uninstall and install the game again, as you said it is the only game with this problem. If you have already done the uninstall proceed with the solution below.

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

*If the alternative above doesn't work, I recommend that you contact the game's support, as it may be a problem with them, considering that it is the only game with this problem. To contact them use the link below.

How are you as well? I'm doing well right now except for this problem.

Solution 1: Check the audio settings on your Xbox One

Using the correct audio settings for your home theater on the Xbox One ensures you have the best audio performance possible.

    to open the guide, then select System > Settings > General > Volume & audio output.
2. Under Speaker audio, select either
   HDMI audio or Optical audio, depending on how your device is connected.
3. Choose the correct audio format for your home theater, either
   5.1 uncompressed, 7.1 uncompressed, or
   Bitstream out. If you're not sure, select Stereo uncompressed.

Solution 2: Check your cables

Audio signal may not be reaching your Xbox One correctly if the cable is damaged or not properly connected to your devices.

• Double-check your HDMI or optical audio cables to be sure that they are securely connected and free of breaks or damage.
  
• Try replacing the cables. Some cables are better than others, and a low-quality cable can impact your video.
