Roblox Purchase

Thanks for the reply. But I never made a purchase in Roblox. Roblox want me to make a screenshot from my history purchase. I tried to explain to Roblox that on the Xbox there is no purchase history for free games. But still they want me to give it and I have to contact Xbox about it. I’m really stuck how to get my account back.

The Purchase was made in the real xbox website its not updating on roblox though but, I have made a form on roblox to see if they could help.

That free download would constitute a purchase receipt. That should be good enough for them, as Roblox is a free game, but they have in game purchases for coins. If you can find purchases for coins, that should also cover you with what you need with Roblox
support.

Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase

Check if the Robux purchase shows as "Completed"

Note the order number and purchase date (you’ll need this if contacting support)

Step 2: Check the Roblox account that the game was signed into

The Robux may have been sent to the wrong Roblox account if:

Someone else was signed in when the game was open

You have more than one Roblox profile

To check:

Open the Roblox app via Microsoft Store

Look at the username in the upper-right or in your Roblox settings to confirm it's the correct account

Step 3: Contact Roblox support with purchase info

Roblox Support handles missing Robux — not Microsoft — even if the purchase was made through the Microsoft Store.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble with an in game item that you attempted to purchase. I recommend you go to
Microsoft Account Order History and locate the transaction so you can see the status of it. If you were charged and cant use the item the money should be on its way back but
might take a few days to be refunded. Hope this helps.
