    My ping in roblox is at a constant 300-800ms, every other game (outside of roblox) is okay. When I connect to my hotspot, the ping stays around 60-80ms. my download speed 70 Mbps and my upload is 9 Mbps. I've pinged google to see if the ms would change but it was the same. This has been happening for

    You could try connecting trough the WiFi on your network, sometimes that helps, for the correct ports you must contact the game developer

    You can also get some suggestions from them as they are the ones in charge of their servers so probably they are the ones with the proper knowledge about that

    I've tested WiFi on my pc and phone and the ping is still high no matter what i do.

    i reset the network device many times and it still hasn't worked. I changed the dns and it hasn't changed a thing, and i don't know how to open the required ports. I use an ethernet cable if that helps?

    If on a different network this doesn't happen you could try to do this options

    1.- reset the network device, you could even try a factory reset if this wasn't happening previously

    2.- change your DNS, sometimes this helps to improve the connection

    3.- open the game required ports on the modem/router

    If you are using a network VPN or Antivirus you can try do deactivate those
