Roblox performance issues

Firstly, could you let me know the specific system version (OS Build)? You can check it by pressing Win + X > System > Windows specifications, click “Copy” and paste it in your next reply.

Then please check the basic hardware information of your device. Win + Q to open the search box, type “msinfo32”, then open “System Information”, please take a screenshot of it and attach it to your next reply.

Based on the information you provided, it seems that your CPU is being used more heavily than your GPU when playing Roblox, which could be causing the performance issues you're experiencing.

You can follow the steps below:

1. One thing you can try is updating your graphics card drivers to the latest version. You can download the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website. Additionally, you can try adjusting the graphics settings in Roblox to see if that improves performance. You can try lowering the graphics settings to see if that helps.

Roblox is using and capped at 20 or 50%, and i want to uncap/ set cap to a differnet percentage its also not using alot of my gpu which i also wanna switch

(if the gpu unable to be switch then go for the cpu)
