Roblox on xbox 1s

NONE OF THE CATEGORIES APPLY TO MY ISSUE.

I have tried for hours and purchased Xbox Live Gold to access Roblox. I have done everything I have read to enable my son to play this and i still can't get on the games. I have changed all the restrictions, I have a child account, I have created a new
roblox user name and password and I keep gettin error messages, one of which is "UNABLE TO JOIN" You xbox account setting prevent you from playin user generated content. YOu acn change this in you sbox setting...error code 116

I have done everythin, inluding changing the age and i still cant play..please help, extremely frustrated and spent hours on this.

Why is this so difficult??

How to make Xbox 1s to resume DVD play from where I left off?

When playing a DVD movie on my Xbox 1s and stopping the movie and shutting off the Xbox 1s before the end of the movie how do I get the Xbox 1s to resume play from where I left off? I went to settings and checked the resume play function however it does
not work.

 

Does a XBox 1 controller work in the new XBox 1s.

Just wondering if the controller from a Xbox 1 will work on the new Xbox 1s..I got the 1 terabyte gears of war edition for my nephew for Christmas and the store where I got the 1s never had any extra controllers for it in stock.Hope his Xbox 1 controller,and
he's got 2, will work on the 1s so my 2 nephews can play together on it..Any info appreciated.

Have you tried any other online games? This could be a temporary problem with Roblox servers. Try checking the status of the Gold subscription and the

connection on the console to make sure everything is active and running.
