ROBLOX: My son can't play Roblox on his Xbox one.

It just says "Unable to join" on all the games and/or it will just not say anything when I select any of the games. I've changed all settings to allow, nothing is blocked. Please help! Thanks!!

weekly activity report

I’m wondering if you can help, I receive weekly updates for my sons “play time” on his Xbox but for the last 2 weeks it seems the game he plays most, ROBLOX isn’t on the list, can anyone tell my why

My question is .... if I have two Xbox consoles can me and my son play online together because it doesn't seem to work with me and my son in the game roblox it pops up as an error when I try an join the game in his party

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

Hello Brad,

I have an adult account and I was testing Roblox on our Xbox because my son wants to play on a PC online with a friend of his who has an Xbox.

I tried to disconnect and reconnect again, checked my privacy settings but I still can't play any Roblox game.

No he has downloaded Roblox and gall guy's and plays those fine.Its just the one game he really wants to play Fortnite he can't .The setting do say my son's TV doesn't support 4k gaming?

Thank you for trying to help but this does not apply to my situation. There is no email address or phone # attached to the Roblox screen name. I need help finding where to prove the Roblox account is my sons through Xbox so that Roblox support can assist with a password reset.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Did your son lose access to something through Roblox? and you are trying to get him access back to it?

If your son is playing on the xbox one under his own profile then his account should have an email attached to it.

If the games were purchased under your account even if they were free you can see if the roblox customer support will allow you to send them a screenshot of your order history.
