Roblox keeps crashing

Hello from like yesterday once my roblox updated every time i tried to join a game it showed a white screen then it said that the roblox app stopped working and crashed. i turned off my virtualization restarted my pc a few times cleared the roblox cache but nothing worked. ive seen other forums or youtube videos but it still didint work and i just want to ask if anybody knows how to fix that? i would be very greatful for any help.

Hi Sodangidni, Yes It Is Just Roblox Having This Issue, and unfortunately i do not know how to find out what my hardware specifications are, unless you are talking about something else

You can check your hardware specs by opening PC Settings > System > About.

I just want to know your processor model, because it seems that players with an ARM processor are the ones reporting this kind of issues with Roblox.

It seems they don't state that ARM processors are supported if you're on that platform.
So this may be the reason the game doesn't work as expected on your PC.
