Roblox keep being charged to account and refund is not given

Also, the preorder refund could be given to account funds instead of being refund to the card if one was used. You can go to settings and account to view this.

We recommend reply to the denial email again let them know that the refund given wasn't for all the charges only one. Keep at the email, due to this is the only way to contact the refund team.

My son charged almost $600. On my card without my permission.l requested a refund the same day and it was denied. Why?...I really need that money back. Why can't I speak to someone on the phone. If the purchase was for roblox (im assuming virtual currency) then was any of the virtual currency spent? If so that would be one reason a refund being denied. In game currency that has been purchased and spent is non refundable.

When you say your account you mean your credit card account on your MS account?

If this was the case and you sign into your account at account.microsoft.com and look at the order history does the charges in question show as refunded?

If so then that means MS has processed the refunds on their side and it would be up to your bank to put the money back into your account.

Your credit card on an account that you do not own?

The only thing MS can do here is take the Credit card off of the account in question and you would then of had to go to your bank and file a fraud claim with them for the refund.

Microsoft can only assist with billing issues if you have access to the account and are the account holder.

If you don't have access to the account that's being charged, you have to contact your payment provider to refund the charges. While the payment provider can't cancel the subscription, refunding the charge will prevent it from being renewed again, so you won't be charged in the future.

My best advice is to chase this up with your credit card company.
