roblox gpu problem

Hello, i recently got a really good pc with an i7-13700k, amd radeon 7900xtx, 32gb of ram etc. (and windows 11) and i wanted to play roblox with my friends but i noticed that i was only using about 8% of my gpu at max and when i tried a lag test it didnt get higher. I also set my minimum gpu clock to 2200mhz in the amd software but it seems to be at around 70mhz most of the time. even msi afterburner couldnt do anything. i tried looking up solutions on yt and google but nothing worked. I tried putting screenshots but it said that they were not found. i looked at already answered questions but they never answered mine.
