Roblox error with my child's account: "You cannot see content other people make because of...

If you are trying to start ROBLOX and you will see ERROR -> "To do this change settings. You cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up", then you should do this:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Account.
3. If you want change your own account settings, skip to step 5. But if you want to change your child´s account settings then select Family.
4. Select your child's account to change settings.
5. Now select Privacy & online safety.
6. Select View details & customise.
7. Now go to "You can see and share content" and change it to Everybody.
8. Done, your child can now play Roblox.

But nowhere can i find the specific reference to number 7.

Kindly go to this link and sign in to your account https://account.xbox.com/en-us/settings and check if your Privacy Settings are set to Allow and Everyone.

Here are the settings that you need to set as Allow and Everyone:

> You can see and upload community creations

> You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

> Others can communicate by voice, text, or invites

> You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

> You can create and join clubs

> You can join multiplayer games

This particular error code occurs because most Roblox games require access to both online multiplayer games and user created content. The error code is typically encountered with child account that
is part of a Family account.

We're installed Roblox on Xbox one from the games. It installed properly but when trying to play we get the following errors:

- To do this, change a setting

You are unable to see content other people make because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com

- We then hit "Close" and get the following error:

- Unable to Join

The ROBLOX game you are trying to join is currently not available. Error Code: 103
