    Roblox Error Code 901


    Hi. My son and I were playing Roblox on xbox and iPad interchangebly- my gamertag link to my roblox account, his gamertag linked to his roblox account. Then my son wanted to change his username on Roblox and his gamertag on xbox. I changed his roblox account and was able to log him in just fine on the iPad, but I keep getting an error code that say xbox can not connect to the server code 901- which can't be the case because I can log into my roblox account via xbox just fine. I have contacted Roblox. The keep telling me that I need to contact xbox. I have verified his age and parental control settings are appropirate to allow him to play on both platforms. Does anyone know anything about this?

    I have the same question, I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it ive check id roblox needed an update and ive also restarted my xbox and left it off for 2 hours
