    Roblox: Error code 103


    Everytime my child tries to play certain games it comes up with the message "the roblox game you are trying to join is currently not available. Error code 103."

    I've seen on previous posts that it has something to do with age restrictions.

    The account is 13yrs+ so that is not the issue.

    I have re-installed and its still happening.

    Can anybody help?

    Roblox isnt replying to me.

    I created a new Roblox account with an older DOB and it worked. The games he was trying to access were over 13 so blocked him. Thank you so much for your assistance.
