Roblox error code 103 (possible solution)

So, my daughter E had been trying to play Roblox Bloxburg with my other daughter L. E is playing on my Xbox one on my adult Xbox account and adult Roblox account, but when she tried to log into Bloxburg she got the 103 error message so she called dad to
"fix it", I tried the hard reset, clearing cache, switching accounts and none of it worked.

The solution in the end was to log onto my Xbox Roblox account on my PC and pay for Bloxburg (it costs 25 robux) through the PC, once that was done she was able to play Bloxburg. It seems that the button to purchase access to Bloxburg doesn't show up on
the Xbox version of Roblox. If you don't have a PC you might be able to do the account login and pay for Bloxburg through a mobile/cellphone or tablet. Hope this helps some of you if not all that are experiencing this problem.

Thanks for getting back to us in regards to this error code 103. I've been researching more in regards to this error, I have found a previous forum article with the same issue where there was a solution take a look by clicking here

Also, if you haven't already feel free to try to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it helps fix the in game issue with it not letting your son play certain Roblox games.

To uninstall the game;

From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
See all.
When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button
on your controller.
Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
