Roblox - Downloaded and showing as owned but can't locate it

With regards to your issue, I assume this was installed via Windows 10/11 OS correct? If so, can you also try to open the Microsoft store app of your device?

Just press the Windows key and search for Microsoft Store app. On the app, make sure you are signed in using the account used to purchase the game. It can be checked on the upper right part of the app.

Once done, please try searching for the game on the Microsoft store app. It should indicate "Play" or "Launch" status if the game was already installed.

Do you own those DLC's or the Season Pass on the account you're posting from? You can try downloading the content through the in-game menu on Black Ops II, but if that does not show you own the content or you can't locate the content on you purchase
history through Microsoft Commerce, the account you're posting from may not own the content.

You can't download chrome on xbox, and roblox is only available on xbox one.

As you suggested, I tried to download the beta but have a problem. In the store, it shows I own the beta and it has started downloading. Problem is it never happens. It just shows "starting download" and even shows it in the queue. I can't cancel it
or seem unable to effect it in anyway so can't get beta. Any ideas?
