    Roblox Crashing


    So whenever i play roblox (web version) after sometimes a few seconds and sometimes a few minutes it freezes for a few seconds then just closes without any messages. Ive tried reinstalling roblox multiple times and it still crashes, and in event viewer it gives me this error report.

    2023 Roblox Freeze and Crash?

    there is no fix microsoft can offer. It's on roblox side.

    They have been made aware of the issue and are working on it. Roblox update that is freezing/crashing ms app for roblox. Has to do with one of their updates from the last month or 2 months.

    the problem lies with ms roblox app. No fixes ms can help you with. Roblox has been made aware of the issue. It would be good if someone from ms could bring this to their attention as there are 100s of post like this with ms roblox app crashing and freezing.
