Logged put of my mircosoft account but each time i need to link to ps4. The coins still not showing up

That free download would constitute a purchase receipt. That should be good enough for them, as Roblox is a free game, but they have in game purchases for coins. If you can find purchases for coins, that should also cover you with what you need with Roblox
support.

If you don't see the coins added to your account after you perform the reset you can reach out to Roblox Support https://www.roblox.com/support.

We see multiple code redemptions on your account. These coins should show up in your "Claims" window as 10 Dragon Coins with a time of redemption, as well as appear in your currency inventory, in the dragon coins tab. Note that the currency inventory page
by default will only show basic currencies, and you will have to press right on the directional pad to switch tabs to your dragon coin currency page.
