Discus and support Roblox chat in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This might be a bit out of the blue, but have you guys considered adding “chat” to roblox?     Roblox chat


    This might be a bit out of the blue, but have you guys considered adding “chat” to roblox?

    I feel as the game just isn’t fun without the one thing that makes roblox enjoying. Don’t get me wrong, the game is still fun regardless but the being able to communicate while playing would be nice.

    I’ve acknowledged the presence of the voice chat system Xbox currently has. I feel it’s not the same, nobody uses it nor do the people in the game even play roblox on Xbox.

    Just thought I’d let you guys know. Everyone would like this change added. Besides that, keep up the great work at Microsoft Roblox chat :)

    Why can't you chat on Roblox?

    Roblox text chat does work but it only works on the PC version not the console version but however depending on the game you play on Roblox some games have a in game Voice chat

    Roblox should be the one you're talking to, not Microsoft. Roblox took out the chat feature to comply with Microsoft's TOS, but they have voice chat on the Xbox version of Roblox. So if you connect a headset to your controller and another person in your
    game also does, then (if you both have it enabled) you will be able to chat. The only problem with that is it's only with other people on Xbox.

    Unfortunately, there is no concrete timeline for when the voice chat feature will be released on Roblox. However, it has been reported that files for this kind of chat have been in the game since 2019, so it could just be a matter of time.

    As for text chat, it seems that there is no text chat feature in Roblox on Xbox One. However, you can use voice chat (party chat) to communicate with your friends while playing Roblox on Xbox.

    Roblox Chat on Xbox

    Xbox uses voice chat (party chat). There is no text chat in Roblox on Xbox One. It was removed awhile back.
