Roblox can’t join lobbies

So i play roblox, and a issue ive been having for a minute now is that whenever i join a game, im always getting put into empty lobbies, it is very rare that i find another player in a lobby of mine. The only way i can get someone to play with me is to
invite them. I have done the UPnP and Xbox multiplayer settings, yet it still does it?

Ok i found out that the reason this happens is because i had roblox’s personal crossplatform play turned off

I can’t convert it into robux because it doesn’t show the roblox robux in the redeem section so i can’t get robux

Yes but can’t there be a timer to stop breaking the system like roblox you can’t change a name after a week per change it’s a better idea

So basically I can’t get my account information back from roblox?

You can’t when the account for Roblox was made it was mainly on Xbox’s side then when they transitioned it had no password or email
