Roblox Bought But Does Not Appear in Xbox One after Buying via Xbox Live Via Browser on PC

Hello,

I searched for Roblox via my PC, found it, and bought it ($0). I see it in My Games.

However, I do not see it in My Games on Xbox One. In fact, I cannot even find the game at all while searching on Xbox One.

I am logged in with the same account on the PC and Xbox One.

Has anyway experienced anything similar with this, or any other game?

Splinter Cell Conviction: Download on Xbox One

Hi there,

I have read on several sites now that Splinter Cell Conviction (Xbox360) should be backward compatible on Xbox One.

I didn't find any splinter cell game in the store via Xbox One. Found it via PC browser, and "bought" the free demo as download - but it didn't appear on my console.

So my questions are:

a) Is that game compatible with Xbox one?

b) If it is compatible: is there a possibility, to get it as a download?

I seem to have Two accounts in one email..

I noticed this problem the other day and trying to fix it as well. My Xbox Live via my Xbox is a totally different profile from when I log in via a web browser. I have Xbox Live Gold and and download history and such but via my PC I see nothing but a couple
of PC games. Same email address and password.

That game is only available in the US currently. Since you're in Canada it won't work.

What methods have you tried to buy Gamepass?

You should be able to join it via the web at this link

https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass

As well as via your Xbox console

Buy it on Xbox One in Store > Memberships

Or you can also purchase a gamepass subscription from many retailors via card and then redeem the code right from your system.

Also if doing it over the web via PC try another web browser and clear your cookies and caches. Close all browsers then try again.

Where exactly did you buy the Fortnite packs from? A PC running Windows does not make it a Microsoft PC, it is just a PC running an operating system created by Microsoft.

If you purchased from the Microsoft Store via your web browser and it has not appeared in-game then you may need to speak to billing via
the Xbox Support Contact Us page.

If on the other hand you have gone to a 3rd party site or even via Epic games on your web browser on a PC running Windows 10, then it is an Epic games issue or you need to go to the retailer you purchased it from.
