Roblox ban after you pay for passes

How can Roblox ban you on a game after you payed for gun passes, they should be sued for theft. The rules of forever ban should be removed, It is theft to take money for a service and not give the service, that is why gamers go to Sony, maybe I will. So how can this be changed so Roblox stops ripping gamers off ???

If Roblox banned you, then you will need to contact them, as this decision would have had nothing to do with Microsoft.

If you were banned from Roblox, you need to appeal to them as Microsoft has no involvement in their internal policies

Roblox is not a game pass title, it is a free to play game, but not part of the game pass program

I'm sorry but his Roblox account is managed by Roblox and not Microsoft. His Microsoft account is an entirely separate thing. Is it the Microsoft account that you can't log into or the Roblox account?

It can only be unlinked from the roblox side as it is linked on their servers, microsoft has no access. you can try and contact roblox support but as it is a perma ban then they may not let you unlink it as that would defeat the purpose of a ban.

Yeah I just found out a couple of minutes ago my account was banned thank you and there's no way to sign out of the roblox account once its banned so is there any way to get my roblox working on that account?
