Roblox Application's Xbox controller crosshair wont center, help.

Please let us know, are you playing Roblox on a PC or an Xbox console? Additionally, are you using an Xbox Controller for player navigation or a keyboard/mouse? Since you mention both a mouse and a controller in your post, more clarification is needed prior to troubleshooting.

We recommend that you also try restarting the game, reconnecting the controller, and restarting your device. Please try this and let us know if you have any improvement. We also recommend confirming that your graphic settings within the game are configured correctly.

Any additional information is helpful - such as what minigame you are trying to play (if any), etc.

Was wondering if anyone has found a solution. Dealing with the same problem and it is very annoying.

he is using pc/laptop and connecting a controller on it i have the same problem as him
