    Roblox age restriction issue


    My 11yr old had his Roblox account linked to my account. We set up his own gamertag and he is sharing my Xbox Live account. When he tried signing into Roblox, it gave us an error about it being linked to my account. I unlinked my account from his Roblox
    account and now we're getting the error that the age restrictions won't allow him to sign in. I've gone into every setting on Xbox.com and changed them; I've gone into my MS account and changed his age restrictions to allow everything and we still get the
    age limit error. I've tried the other suggestion regarding changing the option on the "share stuff people make on 360" and still nothing works.

    Any current solutions? Everything I tried was suggestions from way back. Thanks

    Daughter's account restricted , error 914

    My daughter is trying to play on her Roblox account on the Xbox One, but it keeps saying it cannot link the accounts because of a restriction

    i had a similar problem with restrictions for Minecraft too, neither of which are out of her age range anyway so no restrictions should be added.. either way, her account has no restrictions, its set up the same as mine.. so what is error 914 and why is a child
    friendly game being restricted from my daughter???

    can someone help as there's currently no xbox help available

    EA has stricter age restrictions on their servers. That may be the issue.

    Roblox: Error code 103

    I don't believe you can change the age of an account on Roblox.

    A DOB would have been entered when 1st playing Roblox, and it would be going off of that for content restrictions.

    I know you said you've already contacted Roblox to no avail, but they will be the ones that can help you.

    There's always the option to make a new Roblox account with an older DOB as well.

    Hey Deadlocked127! It's hard to say if it's a glitch yet, let's check out a few things first! Can you tell us a bit more about what your experiencing? What Avatar items you're having trouble downloading? That includes those redeeming issues you mention.
    Make sure to include any and all error codes or messages and any steps you've already tried! The more information the better we can help. :)



    You may also want to visit commerce.microsoft.com to check the age listed on your account and ensure that birth date is correct! While you're there make sure to check for any messages or notifications. :)

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with the parental restrictions.

    Kindly try to re-add him and ensure that your son's account is under "Family member" and your account is the "Organizer/Parent" account on your Microsoft family.

    Once it's done, sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > go to Family > Click on your son's Microsoft account name > go to Settings/Manage at the top right corner of the page.

    > Set the Age rating as "Any Age" > Disable Web Safety.

    Then check if your son will be able to play PalWorld on his account.
