roblox account unlinked

Hello,

I had created a roblox account in Xbox for my kids to play. I didn't realize it at the time but purchases were unlocked and my kids purchased ~22,000 robux through my Xbox account. After I discovered the robux purchases I unlinked
the roblox account from my xbox account, not realizing the roblox username wouldn't save.

Is there anyway to retrieve the username for the roblox account created in Xbox?

I disputed the charges on my credit card as directed by Microsoft support but the credit card company denied my request because we have made other valid purchases through the account.

I have contacted roblox support and responded to an email from them but they are not receiving my response.

Roblox linking

help! I can't find out which of my accounts is linked to my Roblox PC account. It says My Xbox live account is already linked to a Roblox account error code 912. But I already unlinked it!

 

Roblox age restriction issue

My 11yr old had his Roblox account linked to my account. We set up his own gamertag and he is sharing my Xbox Live account. When he tried signing into Roblox, it gave us an error about it being linked to my account. I unlinked my account from his Roblox
account and now we're getting the error that the age restrictions won't allow him to sign in. I've gone into every setting on Xbox.com and changed them; I've gone into my MS account and changed his age restrictions to allow everything and we still get the
age limit error. I've tried the other suggestion regarding changing the option on the "share stuff people make on 360" and still nothing works.

Any current solutions? Everything I tried was suggestions from way back. Thanks
