    Roblox 103 error


    My kids keep getting error 103 in some games when trying to connect on Roblox. (Brookhaven, miraculous ladybug etc) They are playing on my Xbox account. (Adult born 1985)

    The fault appears with Roblox accounts that are both under / above 13 years of age.

    I have checked so we are allowed to se content created by others in the Xbox settings. Reinstalled the game and also did a power cycle.

    I also have open NAT.

    Nothing works so what’s the issue?? It’s not a good solution having to create a new account especially when it doesn’t seem to work on any account anyways.

    Then that directly means there is an issue with their servers. If everything else works and other games work that narrows it down nicely.

    Sadly a lot of companies like to pawn off issues and not admit fault with their owner servers.

    I would suggest maybe try to delete and reinstall the game and see if that helps.

    Hi Brandon0419,

    What is the type of NAT on your console? If it is something other than open, it can cause problems connecting to certain games. In that case you are playing peoples games.
