Hi there,

Two things you can do... One complete power cycle the console. The other is to reinstall the game. I've run into this issue previously, and both those steps have cleared it up.

Reboot
First reboot your computer and try to play. Sometimes this may be all that is needed to solve Roblox or Roblox Studio related problems.

Reset Internet Options for Windows
We have found that many Roblox and Roblox Studio issues can be solved by resetting your computer's Internet Options. Please keep in mind that
these steps will need to use Internet Explorer, but will fix many problems even for players that use other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. Please try the following :

   1. Open Internet Explorer
   2. Open the gear icon > Internet options
   3. Open the Advanced tab
   4. Click the Reset button

After resetting, please close the Internet Explorer to allow the changes to take effect. After this has been completed, you should be able to go back to using your web browser of choice.

To Minimize Future Problems
Always ensure that all programs are closed on your computer before installing or updating Roblox. Also ensure that Internet Explorer is up to date with the latest version.

It plays if I go to my download history and launch it from there but I have to be signed into Xbox live, it won’t launch offline
