    is it after i cancelled my subscription I am still being charged?? I left xbox for the sole purpose of not paying ridiculous charges that I didnt make- yet here is a third charge within 20 days for xbox ultimate ...??

    I dont own an xbox becuase of this, and would like you to stop despite this microsoft is refusing to answer me for the past month and a half- for the love of god stop taking my money and stop censoring when I request help!!

    seriously - im on disability and have extremely limited income

    its not funny as well as it saying i still owe?! I needed that for groceries!
