    I purchased the movie Prometheus from Xbox video back in 2012. I was able to watch it a few times and then the content became unavailable. I waited until now to call in hopes that it would become available again. Before my call to Xbox I searched the purchase
    history in my account for a date to quote the customer service person to assist the situation. I found that there is no sign of my purchase of this move....

    I still have the license to view this feature on my Xbox 360 and the Xbox one but when I choose to view the movie Xbox video tells me that the content has been removed from Xbox video and may return at a later date.

    The customer service rep found my license to view this movie but could not find the proof of purchase and HUNG UP ON ME.

    I purchased a movie that Microsoft must have lost rights to sell and my purchase was also deleted. I would like to be able to watch Prometheus w the bonus content that I purchased back in 2012 or I want a refund for the full price when it was available for
    purchase.

    I can not explain why the charge is not visible on my account but I bet no one that bought that movie has it on their account either.

    it is yor friends they can rob you wiggle your head and they will rob we all rob but your friends will rob you edit to bei have been robbed by i met when i did not look but it like my phone or computer has tracking
    i had to to find a girl in aprking lot and told her give me back my phone adn she was caught i didnt tell on her

    Unfortunately you must contact Xbox Support directly for billing issues and refunds, there is nothing we can do here on the forums Robbed :(

    Hope you get your problem sorted out! (Also good film choice)

    Sorry to hear of this. I can't remember exactly which post it was but a support agent on the forums here had mentioned they were looking into why the Prometheus movie was not playable for those that purchased it.

    In the meantime, Cubly is correct in that you would need to contact phone support for more assistance in you would still like a refund. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

    I too just discovered that the copy of Prometheus I bought is no longer available for me to watch. No notice, no explanation. It shows in my Collection, but I can't watch it--I get an inexplicable error message. It doesn't even show up in my purchase
    history anymore. What a scam. I won't make this mistake twice. I will no longer purchase movies from Xbox Video. Their rentals are fine, no different than anyone else's, but as far as purchasing video content, unless I can download my purchase onto my
    internal cloud, forget about it. If I want to buy a movie, I'll buy the DVD on Amazon and transfer its content onto my NAS device.

    Yeah sympathy really isn't good enough when you pay for something and get nothing just how I see it but my advice is keep all purchase emails cos you can use that to get your case across I mean this a joke tho mine costs less but still money that I could
