In addition to the previous answers, you should update your account password and if you have any payment methods connected to any accounts on your console, contact your bank/card issuer to prevent unauthorised charges.

The police would have to work with Microsoft to try to find your console. There's nothing we can do here.

I'm sorry, Rob but it seems like what you have is an Xbox One S and not an Xbox Series S because all Xbox Series S does not have a disc drive, it's an all-digital console.

The game will not work on your Xbox since it is for next-gen consoles only. These are Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles.

You can validate what console you have by checking the sticker at the back.

Yes my current merchant has asked me to purchase a 2nd Xbox All Access package but I wont do that as am paying more than what the latest console is worth.

This breaches Xboxs terms and conditions as I had read the terms but I will now take this up with Trading Standards.

I am disappointed that I am getting robbed out of money and robbed from owning a new Xbox Series X console.

I highly recommend to everyone to avoid the Xbox All Access program as your cheaper buying a console outright without the hassle. Especially when I signed up and never missed a payment.
