Robbed from Microsoft Store.

I ordered an item (not a console) over a month ago. The item never said anything about it being out of stock, yet my order has not been dispatched! Microsoft have taken my money without any problems, yet I haven't had any word on where my order is. I can't request for a refund for some bizarre reason. So if you're thinking about ordering anything physical from the Microsoft Store, DON'T. Highway robbery.

Edit: I was told I would be charged AFTER my item has been dispatched. Even though someone from customer services informed me that the item is out of stock. The website doesn't say it is out of stock though.
